Krishna and the Shelter Medallion
GG-PT-012
The central figure raises one arm beneath a canopy-like mass while companions stand nearby. This is probably a Govardhan-associated Krishna scene, surrounded by dancing or gesturing figures in petals and four subsidiary narrative panels.

The composition.
In the Govardhan story Krishna shelters the community from destructive rain by holding up the mountain. The raised arm and gathered companions make this a probable reading here, although the maker has not supplied a title. The surrounding ring appears to contain repeated gesturing devotional figures; it is not presented as a verified list of avatar names. The lower reclining group may relate to another sacred narrative, but the deity and event are unresolved. The four panel positions and central petal system offer a useful visual map without forcing them into an assumed chronology.
These readings describe visible features and possible subjects. A maker-confirmed title, provenance, materials and the identities of unresolved figures are not yet documented.
