The composition.
The scene could belong to a Radha - Krishna or romantic courtly tradition, but a diagnostic flute or inscription is not securely readable. The public title therefore describes the visible companions rather than fixing their identities. The hand near the head may indicate grooming, adornment or another intimate gesture; no specific action is asserted. The vessel may contain cosmetic or other material, but the photograph cannot establish its contents. Fine jewelry, patterned garments and the elaborate arch make the scene courtly in appearance without identifying a historical ruler or period.
These readings describe visible features and possible subjects. A maker-confirmed title, provenance, materials and the identities of unresolved figures are not yet documented.
